Kediriroto Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you register an account or use any service provided by Kediriroto. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will also be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the Kediriroto platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account if necessary.

To register and use Kediriroto's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the account registration date.
• An individual who is legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

• Not registering on behalf of another person or third party without written authorisation from Kediriroto.
• Only hold one (1) account only on the Kediriroto platform. Multiple accounts sharing the same name, phone number, IP address, or bank details are strictly prohibited.

When registering an account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension without prior notice.

Identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents include:

1. National Identity Card (MyKad) — clear photos of the front and back.
2. Selfie with MyKad — a photo of you holding your MyKad next to your face for live identity verification.
3. Bank account statement — a bank statement or screenshot clearly showing your name and account number.

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–24 business hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

• Only one active deposit promotion is allowed at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period — expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Kediriroto reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses.

All wagers placed at Kediriroto are final once confirmed by the system. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or modified except in the case of a verified technical error.

Kediriroto reserves the right to void or adjust bets under the following circumstances:

• There is a significant error in the odds or payout ratio due to a technical or data error.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in the context of pre-match wagering).
• There is clear evidence that insider information or manipulation was used to gain an unfair advantage.
• Events that are cancelled, postponed, or cannot be settled within the stipulated timeframe.

All casino games and fish shooting games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fair outcomes that cannot be manipulated by any party, including Kediriroto itself.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kediriroto platform and may result in permanent account closure along with forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering — using the platform to channel or conceal funds from illegal activities.
• Use of bot software or automated scripts — using any automated software or tools to exploit the platform.
• Bug exploitation — deliberately exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Duplicate accounts — registering or using more than one account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Payment fraud — using payment methods obtained illegally, including stolen credit cards.
• Collusion — colluding unfairly with other players in multi-player games.
• Hacking attempts — any attempt to breach, gain unauthorised access to, or damage Kediriroto's infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Kediriroto account login credentials secure. This includes your password, withdrawal PIN, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to kediriroto support immediately.

Kediriroto is not responsible for any losses arising from your own sharing of login credentials. However, we will take any report of unauthorized access seriously and investigate accordingly.

Kediriroto provides a platform built to the highest technical standards; however, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted operation at all times. To the extent permitted by law, kediriroto will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from security breaches caused by the user's own actions.
• Third-party delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses resulting from internet disruption or device failure on the user's end.

Kediriroto's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your Kediriroto account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, ensure all active balances are withdrawn first, as any unclaimed balance within 90 days of the closure request will be forfeited.

Kediriroto reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
